Gluten free and vegan chocolate chip oatmeal banana bread bites! I was inspired to make this recipe by a 3 ingredient cookie that I saw on my discover page on Instagram. This recipe is ridiculously easy and healthy!
Preheat oven 350 Degrees
Bake for 15 minutes
-Ingredients-
2 ripe bananas (if you don’t have that you can use 1 cup of unsweetened applesauce)
1 cup gluten free oats
1/2 cup of crushed walnuts
Chocolate chips (amount up to you and I use Lily’s dark chocolate chips)
4 tbsps gluten free flour
1 tsp vanilla extract or paste
Mix all of it together! If the dough seems runny just add small amounts of flour until you get to the desired texture! These cookies don’t spread so make sure that when you put them on the baking sheet you shape them how you want!
If using a cookie scoop about the size of a tablespoon then each cookie has 32 calories (If recipe followed exactly with ingredients) and all good calories!
These are high in protein and goodness...yum!
