This recipe is super easy to make and only uses a few ingredients!! I’ve been trying to find healthier ways to make some of my favorite foods and this helped me accomplish that! I had some egg life wraps in my fridge that were about to go bad so I wanted to use them up but in a yummy way! I’ve been able to find egg life wraps at my local grocery store Jewel Osco and Marianos but depending on where you live that may differ. In this recipe I had bought the rye bread flavor so my chips turned out with that taste but I can’t wait to try this recipe with the plain flavor, even my Mom who is picky liked them!
———Ingredients—-—
1/4 cup monk-fruit sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1 package of egg life wraps (any flavor but I recommend the plain flavor)
Avocado oil spray
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
First, cut the egg wraps into tortilla size chips. I found that cutting it like a mini pizza was the easiest. I then took those chips and put them in a bowl and sprayed avocado oil on them and mixed until evenly coated. In another bowl I combined the sugar and cinnamon. Then I added the sugar mixture to the chips and mixed until they were evenly coated. I then placed the chips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place them into an oven for 15 minutes flipping the chips halfway through.
These chips turned out to be the perfect snack and gave me churro vibes which is a win because I got to taste something similar to churros AND they were healthy! I hope you make them and enjoy them as much as I did!!! ❤️
